Is my contribution deductible?
Yes. All donations made to Promise Foundation, Inc., a Nevada nonprofit corporation, will go to funding CAI and its programs. The Promise Foundation is a public charity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions where no goods or services were received are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law (applicable to U.S. taxpayers).
