| Judy founded CAI in 2006 as a Fulbright Scholar. She is a former corporate attorney and has an A.B. from University of Chicago and a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Programs Officer (Beijing) - Ling Lu (Shelly)

 | Shelly joined CAI initially as a volunteer and, finding her volunteer work very rewarding, she transitioned into a full-time role soon thereafter. She received her B.A. from the Central University for Nationalities, with a degree in minority language and culture. |

Programs Officer (Shanghai) - Lijin Zeng

 | Lijin, is passionate about non-profit work and, as a part-time yoga teacher, is dedicated to teaching others in how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Prior to joining CAI, she spent many years in marketing management having worked as a marketing manager at Hutchison Harbour Ring Group and as a training manager at Boshiwa Group. |

| Operations Officer - Feiyue Xu (Grace) | |
 | Before coming to CAI, Grace worked as a legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom’s Hong Kong office and was a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. She holds a M.S. in Common Law from the University of Hong Kong and a B.A. in Law from Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. |

 | Ellen is currently consulting for CAI, bringing years of nonprofit experience from the US. Prior to arriving in Beijing, Ellen provided consulting services in strategic planning, marketing/branding and fundraising to nonprofits in New York City. She has a B.A. from Hampshire College and an M.P.A. from Baruch College, CUNY. |

| Marketing & Communications - Eva Trembacz | |
 | Eva
is originally from Hungary. She has a Masters degree in English and
German Literature and a Bachelor degree in Public Relations. She is
passionate about helping children in need and creating opportunities
for their development. She is proud to use her eight years of
experience in marketing communications to raise awareness and
contribute to the enrichment of others' lives. |

| Funding & Sponsorships (U.K.) - Elise Huttenga | |
 | After
ten years in investment banking, Elise decided it was time for a
change. Working at CAI allows her to use her investment banking skills
to create awareness and raise money for a very worthwhile cause, whilst
having just as much fun. She thinks it is incredibly rewarding to
contribute to teaching these children the life skills she has always
taken for granted.

| Fundraising (U.K.) - Cathy Cui | |
 | Cathy is currently a student at Cambridge University - Judge Business School. After a few years as an international taxation consultant, Cathy Qi Cui joined CAI to focus on fundraising and marketing before she migrates back to the UK to finish her MBA. With a passion and devotion for reducing wealth-poverty gap, Cathy has been involved in various fundraising events to raise funds for underprivileged children in Beijing. |

| Webmaster - Justin Johnson | |
 | Justin
got involved with CAI in 2006 while studying environmentalism and
economics at Tsinghua University as part of a Fullbright Scholarship.
Justin is the webmaster for CAI, and most recently transitioned the
organization to the current interactive site. Justin is excited to be
working with CAI and looks forward to creating a more vibrant and open
online community.

Intern - Dongning Liu (Barbara)

 | Dongning Liu, majoring in
Business Japanese at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, is an intern in CAI. She has a great appreciation for the spirit of volunteerism. Through her internship and volunteer work, she hopes to encourage more people to participate in developing quality education programs for underprivileged youths in China. |
