Volunteer coordinator (Beijing, China)Activities include interviewing and recruiting volunteers; assigning tasks and responsibilities to volunteers; distributing paperwork; organizing and coordinating volunteer orientation and training; managing and updating the volunteer database; and monitoring, assessing and evaluating volunteers; and providing ongoing support for volunteers. Teacher training volunteersActivities include assessing teachers’ training needs and adapting current training materials; attending preparation meetings to develop training materials; training teachers on curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, student motivation and leading workshops on specific topic areas; and providing follow-up support to participants.
