CAI (才) means talent.

CAI is a program of the Promise Foundation, a US non-profit organization that works with the children of migrant families in both rural and urban China. CAI provides arts and sports programs in migrant schools which focus on character development and instilling qualities that enable underprivileged children to be productive citizens and future leaders.

Our mission is to promote healthy mental, emotional and physical development of underprivileged youth.

Through our programs, transform and empower underprivileged youth in China through the Four C's:
